Terms & Conditions

  • Seating is based on tickets purchased ex. If 4 tickets purchased together, a table of 4 will be reserved. If you have a special seating request please call Nicole Oaten at 250-765-5955 or email noaten@golfbc.com
  • Reservations will be taken up until 12pm on the Tuesday prior to the dinner
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless minimum number is not met
  • A minimum of 20 people are required to proceed with dinner. In the event minimum thresh hold is not met, you will be notified 48 hours prior and ticket pricing will be credited or refunded to provided method of payment.
  • Promoted pricing does not include taxes or 18% auto gratuity
  • Member pricing & Quail Ridge Resident pricing is only available to members of the 2020 season or those currently residing in the quail ridge community
  • OGC will do our best to accommodate table placement however, no more than 6 people (including infants and children) may be permitted per table
  • All other COVID-19 policies and procedures are in effect
